WARCOM-Renovate office spaces

The WARCOM-Renovate office spaces project, forecasted by Navfac Mid-Atlantic under the Department of the Navy, involves extensive interior renovation work at a location in Little Creek. The scope of work includes comprehensive wall repairs, such as patching and filling holes followed by painting across five offices and a bathroom. Flooring upgrades are required through the replacement of existing carpet throughout the designated areas, and ceiling maintenance will involve replacing ceiling tiles while utilizing the existing grid. Additional structural and plumbing improvements are central to this contract. The project requires the replacement of a drinking fountain with a new non-filtered bottle filler and the complete replacement of bathroom fixtures, including the sink, toilet, and shower components. Furthermore, contractors must perform structural repairs on three sections of soffit that are currently hanging or falling apart. This renovation effort aims to modernize the office environment through a combination of cosmetic updates and functional hardware replacements.
