This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for waste disposal and recycling services. BPU is seeking proposals from interested proposers for waste disposal and recycling services. It is BPU’s intent to award a three-year contract (November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2028) for waste disposal and recycling services and processing with an option for BPU to renew the contract, based on performance satisfactory to BPU and at the sole discretion of BPU, for up to two additional one-year periods. The option to renew for two additional one-year periods will be included up to a maximum of 5 years.
