This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) update: The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron's (772 ESS) intent was to execute a class Justification and Approval (J&A) to modify its existing Worldwide Engineering and Construction (WE&C), Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts to incorporate a 403 calendar day ordering period extension to the Third One Year Option period for each of the 11 WE&C basic contracts. It is no longer the intent of the 772 ESS to modify the 11 WE&C basic contracts; the Class J&A was not approved. At this time the 772 ESS asks for the review of attached Revised NOI dated 10 Dec 2024. Should your firm have any feedback, please contact David M Foote (Contracting Officer), Monica Gallegos (Contract Specialist), refer to contact information section and copy Mr. Salvador Castillo at salvador.castillo@us.af.mil. **Previously the government's intent, through the J&A, was to incorporate a 12-month ordering period extension to the Third - One Year Option period for each of the 11 WE&C basic contracts. If enacted, the ordering period extension would have been from 28 February 2025 through 27 February 2026. The government's then shift its strategy to instead incorporate a 403 calendar day ordering period extension to the Third - One Year Option period for each of the WE&C basic contracts, as mentioned above. However, It is no longer the intent of the 772 ESS to modify the 11 WE&C basic contracts; the Class J&A was not approved. The WE&C (ID/IQ) will expire on 27 February 2025. Attached NOI dated10 Dec 2024 supersedes the previous version dated 8 Nov 2024.
