Well plugging and reclamation

This contract supports the statutory requirements of 42 USC 15907 for sealing and reclaiming oil and gas wells that are no longer economically viable and pose significant risk to public health on BLMThere can be a variety of ownership combinations of fed, fee, state and tribal on these sites. This is for reclamation when the BLM has assumed the liability, when the site has no responsible party to plug and reclaim , or when there is emergency health and safety work to be done.This also includes Health and Safety and Tribal administrative priorities.
