Developing a Southern Utah Resource Management Plan (RMP): BLM Utah will develop a new RMP and associated EIS for all of the public lands in each of the Kanab and Monticello Field Offices, including the Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears National Monuments. The contract will fund the development of the EIS and RMP, the preparation of the biological assessment, and the preparation of the decision file and the administrative record.
