This project includes replacement of two boilers in the Western Annex Building (WAB). The new boilers will be High Efficiency Natural Gas Fired Condensing type. The existing boiler pumps and building distribution pumps will be replaced in kind. The existing pneumatic zone controls valves will be demolished.
