Western Area Laundry & Garment Rental

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is seeking garment rental, laundry, and delivery services for protective clothing used in laboratories, workshops, and meat processing and slaughter establishments. The services will cover the western regions of Canada, specifically British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, with bidders allowed to bid on any number of these provinces. The proposed initial contract term runs from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. This procurement is a conditional Indigenous set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. While open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses, the contract will be set aside exclusively for Indigenous businesses if two or more qualifying Indigenous bids are received.
