Western Joshua Tree Hazard Management Project (Western Joshua Tree Conservation Act Permit No. 1927-HMP-2026-178)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife, through the Habitat Conservation Planning Branch Native Plant Program, has issued Western Joshua Tree Hazard Management Permit No. 1927-HMP-2026-178 to Sergio A. Rodriguez. Pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1927.4, this permit authorizes the trimming and removal of one hazardous living western Joshua tree located at 17839 Garden Glen Road, Victorville, California, 92395. The project is specifically designed to address trees that create an imminent threat to public health and safety, are leaning against existing structures, or have fallen within 30 feet of a structure.
