Whale Watching Services

The Department of National Defence is seeking whale watching services for a single day on August 31, 2026, in Victoria, British Columbia, with operations centered at the Victoria Inner Harbour. The contract is structured as a fixed-price arrangement requiring the contractor to provide a fully equipped vessel, qualified personnel including a commercially certified captain, and refreshments, with all services performed within a defined three-hour window from 0900 to 1200, including boarding and disembarkation. The requirement is not subject to any security clearance, and only Canadian suppliers are eligible to respond. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 7, 2026, at 14:00 via email or the Government Electronic Tendering Service portal.
