Whitehorse Commercial Packaging and Paper Product Recycling

Bids are evaluated based on price and supplementary criteria, with a specific Bid Value Reduction applied for Yukon First Nation business ownership, location, and labor. The contract requires the contractor to provide a Letter of Attestation certifying their status as an approved recycling facility and to maintain supporting documentation for five years. Administrative requirements include submitting invoices in Canadian funds without GST/HST, as the work is for a public purpose. Successful bidders must provide proof of insurance and a Letter of Compliance from the Workers Safety and Compensation Board within specified timeframes following the notice of award.
