WI Lottery Printing of 2026 Season - Packers brochure and Topper

The Department of Revenue is requesting bids for the printing of two specific items related to the Wisconsin Lottery's 2026 season: the Packer Topper and the Packer Brochure. The Packer Topper requires a quantity of 4,200 units, sized 4 inches wide by 14 inches high, printed on 28 pt stock with a 4-color process plus specific PMS colors and a high gloss UV coating on both sides.
