Solicitation 36C25526Q0517, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for a firm-fixed-price interior wayfinding and signage requirement at the Robert J.
