Full Description

Transport Canada as a need to procure 50 concurrent Whiterby Connect licenses to access International Maritime Organization (IMO) Conventions and Codes publications. The contractor will be required to Maintain the library, ensuring new addition releases are available upon entering into force. The contract will be for a period of 5 years. Amendment 001 is raised to answer questions from potential bidders, Questions 1 to 3. Amendment 002 is raised to answer questions from potential bidders, Questions 4 and 5.
