The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there. Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. The project consists of a security camera install and integration on the Carson and Fallon Campuses. Procurement and installation of camera system to follow plans and specifications prepared by PK Electrical, Inc. AV contractor to supply and install all necessary equipment, materials, cabling, accessories, integration and other components necessary for a complete and operational system. AV contractor shall be a current Authorized Avigilon Integrator, qualified and authorized by Avigilon to furnish, install, configure, program, commission, and support Avigilon video surveillance systems. Avigilon Integrator Qualification: Bidder shall indicate its current Avigilon authorization and provide supporting documentation with the bid. Provide documentation that bidder is Currently Authorized Avigilon Integrator. Provide Avigilon Partner/Integrator Name. Provide Authorization/Certification No. Provide Number of Avigilon-Authorized Personnel. Provide Years of Experience with Avigilon Systems. Provide Comparable Avigilon Projects Completed. Copies of the plans and specifications will be provided to firms that attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk. Special Considerations: Cameras will be installed in public spaces interior & exterior throughout all buildings. Workflow may need to be staggered depending on campus activities.
