WNY- 212 is overdue for renovation, and its current configuration is affecting the workforce’s ability to perform effectively and efficiently, with poor lighting, ventilation, circulation, and inefficient use of space. Building 212 ultimately requires a full renovation. This will take place in several phases, with several different goals: Phase 1 – Efficient cubicle organization. Phase 2 – workplace change management. Phase 3 – workplace modernization. Phase 4 – full building renovation. A workplace that reflects 21st century work practices and workforce Work required: a design that incorporates workforce feedback from Phase 2, provides light/air/circulation, a variety of space interactions, with opportunities for quiet and noisy work. Major desk re-organization and swing space of workforce over several months, with no downtime.
