THE INTENT OF THE RENOVATION IS TO ADDRESS THE ENTIRE BUILDING ENVELOPE BOTH INSIDE AND OUT TO ALLOW NHHC TO USE FOR STORAGE, OFFICE AND RESTORATION OF ARTIFACTS. * Encapsulation of Peeling Lead-Based Paint Interior * Skylight Replacement * Re-point Exterior * HVAC System 2-pipe to 4-pipe Conversion (and Warehouse HVAC Repair) * Update Men's & Women's Bathroom (ADA Compliant) * Remove existing cobblestone tile replacement flooring TBD * Add office spaces (hard walls or demountable TBD) * Remove and replace slate roof * Potentially upgrade electrical service to building for new requirements. * Update Kitchen/Breakroom, front office spaces and training room.; Status Note (as of 06-FEB-23): Project setup completed Site visit with customer & DC4 conducted on 02/01/23. DC4 reviewing project info, constituting project team and developing IH-Labor hours & IGE for use in FR from customer & a PTP for the AE contract.
