The purpose of Santa Ana’s One Stop Operator Request for Proposal (RFP), in accordance with WIOA regulations, is to solicit year round services from an experienced and qualified entity to serve as the One-Stop Operator for Santa Ana Workforce Development Board’s AJCC. The One-Stop Operator will serve City of Santa Ana WORK Center Request for Proposal – One Stop Operator Services and Activities as the facilitator and coordinator of the Santa Ana WDB’s AJCC partner shared services. Contractor will be responsible for coordination across one-stop partners’ services to ensure compliance with WIOA regulations.
