BC Assessment is looking for an experienced, qualified investigator to conduct impartial investigations into workplace issues or incidents, as they arise, and therefore does not guarantee any specific volume of work. The workplace issues or incidents may involve bargaining unit and/or management employees and could range from co-worker allegations of bullying to theft or other misconduct in the workplace.BC Assessment anticipates entering into a 3-year contract with the successful Proponent with two 3-year options to renew on substantially the same terms and conditions, at BC Assessment’s sole discretion.
