Workplace Investigative Services

BC Assessment is seeking a qualified and experienced investigator to provide impartial investigations into various workplace issues or incidents involving both bargaining unit and management employees. These investigations may address matters such as allegations of bullying, theft, or other forms of workplace misconduct. The contract does not guarantee a specific volume of work, indicating that investigations will be conducted as needed. The contract is envisioned to last for an initial term of three years, with the possibility of two additional three-year renewal options, which BC Assessment may exercise at its sole discretion. The work is to be performed under the terms outlined by BC Assessment, a federal agency within the Government of Canada. Interested parties must submit their responses by February 10, 2026, with the procurement office serving as the point of contact for inquiries and submissions.
