The Department of the Air Force is soliciting proposals for an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) project at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. Proposals must be submitted electronically by November 2, 2026. Because this is a non-FAR real estate transaction, it is not governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation, though it remains subject to specific federal mandates including the Davis-Bacon Act, the Buy American Act, and strict non-disclosure and insurance requirements.
