This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to The Center, LLC under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Source Reasonably Available.
The requirement is for 199 parking spaces within a five-minute walking distance of the Omaha VA Medical Center. The Omaha VA currently utilizes parking spaces at The Center Mall.
