Full Description

Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, and other items necessary for the execution, installation, and completion the construction of a new USPS owned facility, MAIN POST OFFICE of approximately 19,900 square feet, plus a 14,900 square-foot garage, in Elk River, Minnesota, on USPS owned property of approximately 192,578 square feet. The contractor must carry out the noted selective demolition, repairs, and construct upgrades, including all incidental work described in/on the contrat documents. Estimated construction cost range is between $3.5 and $3.8 Million. The performance period is 270 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued.
