YRB-25 Vent Deep Cleaning, Mattress and Pillow Removal

Solicitation N6264926QH012 is a firm fixed price requirement issued by the Navsup Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka for maintenance services on the YRB-25 berthing barge located at Naval Base Guam. The scope of work consists of three primary tasks: cryogenic vent cleaning of designated systems, deep cleaning and sanitation of all habitable interior spaces to culinary-grade standards in food preparation areas, and the removal and off-base disposal of approximately 300 mattresses and 300 pillows. The period of performance is scheduled from April 13, 2026, to June 19, 2026. Contractor performance will be evaluated based on a trade-off process weighing price and technical approach equally at 50 percent each. All work must comply with NAVMED P-5010 standards, and final acceptance is contingent upon government visual inspection to ensure spaces are free of contaminants, mold, and debris.
