The Defense Contracting Command Washington, on behalf of the Joint Staff, plans to award, a contract base on a market survey to Danka, 1593 Spring Hill Road, Suite 400, Vienna, VA 22181 for annual maintenance to maintain daily operations and copi er functions. The contractor shall perform full service maintenance on all models of Copiers listed for this requirement: Seventeen (17) Canon IR2200, the Government estimates usage of 6,000 copier per month per copier, Thirteen (13) Canon IR2800, the Government estimates usage of 10,000 copies per month per copier, Two (2) Canon IR8500, the Government estimates usage of 70,000 copies per month per copier, One (1) Canon IR105, the Government estimates usage of 100,000 copies per month, Two (2) IR4050, the Government estimates usage of 7,500 copies per month per copier, One (1) Canon CLC-5000, the Government estimates usage of 15,000 copies per month. All Copiers includes repair/replacement of all parts and supplies. Eighteen (18) Ricoh/Savin, One (1) Panasonic DP150A, One (1) Panasonic DP 3520 and One (1) Toshiba E Studio 310c, the Government estimates usage of 315,000 copies for all Twenty-one (21) copiers shared/combined. Canon wide format printer BJ9000, the Government estimates 500 prints a month. The contractor shall provide Relocation/Inspection/Excess copy charges for Canon IR2200, IR2800, IR8500, IR105, IR4050, CLC5000, Savin/Panasonic, Toshiba 310C.
