Note, the plans have been architect or designer stamped, so there is little or no room for any deviation or alternate ideas. If you have the necessary technical qualifications to include experience, technical competence, resources capability to perform along with recent and relevant past performance on projects of similar size and scope, we would like to hear from you. Based upon responses from the presolicitation and a similar project on Hill 71 at Lake City, this procurement remains open to all small businesses. The Government is conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract on a Low Price Technically Acceptable basis.
