THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE IS FEBRUARY 11, 2008 3:30 PM EST. A PRE PROPOSAL CONFERENCE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD AT NSA ORLANDO, FL ON 14 JANUARY 2008. SYNOPSIS: The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB), inviting full and open competition from firms meeting this criterion. The Government will only accept offers from SDVOSB concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation. The proposed contract is for a Base Operating Services contract, RFP number N69450-08-R-1260. The NAICS Code for this proposed procurement is 561210 and the annual size standard is $32.5 Million. The outcomes to be satisfied are Facilities Support Services, including pest control, refuse collection and disposal, preservation and restoration of facilities and facilities equipment, grounds maintenance, and facility protection services at the Naval Support Activity, Orlando, Florida by means of a combination firm-fixed price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with award options. The outcomes are performance based.
