NIFC 410A-ITS Lighting Replace: The U.S. Department of Interior has a requirement for construction within a building to align it with current operational needs and to bring the space up to code. This includes modifications to interior walls, selective demolition, replacing the lighting, floor, and ceiling finishes, coordination with the modular furniture systems layout, and associated mechanical and electrical system changes.
The estimated period of performance is 220 days. The building will be unoccupied for a maximum of 180 days within this period.
