Full Description
Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a; (1) SDVOSB eligible vendor IAW VAAR Subpart 819.70; (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) Certified SDVOSB/VOSB listed in the SBA certification database at Small Business Search (see 13 CFR 128).  The solicitation will be issued on or about May 20, 2026, with the bid opening in June 2026. Potential Bidders are responsible to monitor and download any amendments from Contact Opportunities which may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238210; size standard $19.0 Million applies.
