Work includes general construction, demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls integration, and all associated tasks necessary to deliver a complete and functional system meeting VA standards, ASHRAE requirements, and all applicable codes.
Period of performance: All work to be completed within 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
