Pool 2 is intended for complex, design-build construction requiring architectural or engineering services, including major facility reconfigurations. Applications are accepted through May 15, 2030, with evaluations conducted under a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) under NAICS code 236210; only small businesses registered in SAM.gov with active certifications are eligible. Contractors must demonstrate past performance, bonding capacity, and, for Pool 2, the ability to secure certified architect/engineering services via submission of an SF330 form.
