TAYLOR ENGINEERING, PLLC

Taylor Engineering, PLLC specializes in mission-critical civil and specialty construction services for federal installations, with deep expertise in water infrastructure, facility support, and industrial maintenance. The firm delivers potable water delivery systems, SCADA repair and optimization, irrigation system maintenance, and heavy civil earthwork—including sediment and rock removal along the Colorado River. Their technical capabilities extend to electrical wiring installations, hangar bay door rehabilitation, and integrated facilities support operations, demonstrating proficiency in both mechanical and civil systems under demanding operational conditions. A key differentiator is their hands-on experience with complex, geographically dispersed infrastructure projects in arid environments, where reliability and regulatory compliance are paramount. The contractor maintains a consistent presence with the Department of Defense, providing essential water treatment, delivery, and facility support services at military installations across the Southwest. They also deliver specialized civil engineering work for the Department of the Interior on federal land management projects and have supported Department of Homeland Security infrastructure through electrical system installations and closeout compliance. Their relationship with NAVFAC Southwest reflects a trusted role in maintaining operational readiness through rapid-response infrastructure repairs and system upgrades. Taylor Engineering operates primarily within the heavy civil engineering, water supply, and specialty trade contracting sectors, focusing on infrastructure resilience in remote and high-traffic federal sites. Their work spans water system integrity, industrial mechanical repairs, and environmental mitigation, positioning them as a niche provider for mission-essential systems requiring precision and durability in austere conditions. As a small, privately held entity based in Yuma, Arizona, Taylor Engineering leverages its regional presence to serve federal clients across the Southwest. While currently unaffiliated with formal government certifications, the firm’s proven track record in executing complex, federally funded construction and maintenance tasks underscores its reliability and operational agility in high-stakes environments.
