The 76th Maintenance Support Group is procuring one Louden 585 series 1.5 Ton single underhung bridge crane assembly and one 1.5 Ton AccoLift Electric Chain Hoist with Motorized Trolley under a total small business set-aside solicitation FA812626Q0044, issued as a full and open competition restricted exclusively to small businesses meeting the NAICS code 333923 size standard of 1,250 employees. The acquisition is a brand-name-only, firm-fixed-price contract with no substitutions permitted, and the offeror must be an authorized service provider for the specified proprietary equipment to be considered technically acceptable. Proposals must be submitted by June 9, 2026, and only vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), with representations and certifications updated within the last twelve months, are eligible. The contract requires delivery of the crane within 43 weeks and the hoist within 8 weeks after award, with FOB Destination terms placing risk of loss on the contractor until delivery to Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, at the designated site with DoDAAC F3YCEB.
