Phase II engineering services are required for the preparation of engineering studies, contract drawings, specifications and project related permits for the reconstruction of the Atkinson Road Bridge over the Tri-State Tollway (I-94) at MP 15.2, and the Everett Road Bridge over the Tri-State Tollway (I-94) at MP 20.3, in Lake County, Illinois.
