Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12, Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes solicitation HQ0727-15-T-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 334413 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government's intended source is to Spectrum Semiconductor Materials Inc., 155 Nicholson Ln, San Jose, CA 95134 for the purchase of 450 each, 100 pin quad flat pack (QFP) packages and 450 each lids in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) 15-5D2 and attached drawing. Spectrum Semiconductor Materials Inc. is the only know source for this purchase in accordance with previous purchase order awards. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency. The place of delivery is the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th St, McClellan, CA 95652. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001 is purchase of 100-Pin Ceramic Quad Flat Pack (CQFP) Package, 0.355" Square Cavity in accordance with Statement of Work 15-5D2 and Attachment 1 drawing, and CLIN 0002 is purchase of Lids for CQFP Package in accordance with Statement of Work 15-5D2 and Attachment 1 drawing. This RFQ announcement and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80.
