This is an Announcement for Fire Damper Repair. Period of Performance: 08/31/2026-11/30/2026 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This requirement is for a non-Personal Services Contract to make repairs for Fire Damper deficiencies from inspections in FY24 and FY25 at VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) in Fresno, California. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, travel and overhead necessary to perform this service at VACCHCS. The proposal shall include completion during a 60-day duration from on or after August 31, 2026, and before November 30, 2026. The offeror will create containment barriers prior to working. Provide manifest to Contracting Officers Representative for chain of custody. Offerors will comply with OSHA and NFPA regulations. The offeror will notify COR upon starting and completing work. The NAICS and Product Service Codes for this requisition are as follows: NAICS code, 333415 Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment Manufacturing has been verified as the correct NAICS code for the requirement, verified through the BLS website at https://www.bls.gov/cew/classifications/industry/industry-titles.htm The correct Product and Service Code (PSC) for the requirement is 1290: Miscellaneous Fire Control Equipment is verified in the April 2025 PSC Manual.
