This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number W50S6U26QA018 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for a comprehensive furniture supply, spatial layout validation, delivery, staging, and certified installation services to modernize administrative and operational command spaces at Mather, CA 95655. More information is available within the attached Statement of Work (SOW).


This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside but quotes from Federal Prison Industries (FPI) will be accepted per FAR Clause 52.219-6 Alternate I. The NAICS code is 337214 and the size standard is 1,100 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. 3. A detailed technical description to ensure compliance with SOW and warranty details including what is covered and the period, project schedule.

    b. Request to attend site visit: July 22, 2026, 11:00 AM PDT. Complete the pre-authorization request form, listing all individuals            who will attend. Send a request for a secure link to the POC to transfer the file. A REAL ID will be required for entry.


    c. Questions due: July 28, 2026, 11:00 AM PDT.
