The 161st Air Refueling Wing (ARW) is seeking a Firm Fixed Price contract for billboard advertising services to support the Morris ANG Base/162nd Wing in the Tucson and Sierra Vista areas of Arizona. The requirement consists of a 12-week advertising campaign featuring five Premiere Panel billboards measuring 12 by 24 feet and four Bulletin billboards of various sizes. The estimated value of the acquisition is 40,000 dollars.
