The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate seeks professional digital media and creative services, writing/editing, and technical support to advance its mission to operationalize science and technology in support of all DHS and homeland security enterprise mission areas and strategic capabilities.
S&T’s portfolio spans a comprehensive range of scientific and technical disciplines aligned with the Administration and DHS priorities, including communications and network systems, cybersecurity, software development, data science, biometrics, modeling and simulation, artificial intelligence, advanced computing, machine learning, autonomous systems, explosives, engineering, physics, biology, virology, and chemistry. To maximize the operational impact of these efforts, S&T requires innovative digital media and creative services—including writing, editing, graphic design, video production, scriptwriting, web management, social media, and targeted outreach campaigns to effectively convey priority initiatives, technological advancements, and funding opportunities to varied internal and external stakeholder audiences.
These communications and outreach activities are coordinated and integrated with S&T’s program and technical management, supporting the planning and execution of programs and ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities. PURPOSE OF THIS RFI
The purposes of this RFI are:
1) To gain an understanding of the capabilities of small businesses to support DHS S&T’s digital media and creative services requirements under the General Service Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solutions for Integrated Services + (OASIS) under domain Marketing and Public Relations : X1021 - 541890 Other Services Related to Advertising - $19.0 Million.
2) To gain an understanding of Industry’s capabilities to support DHS S&T’s digital media and creative services requirements.
3) The current task order is 70RSAT22FR0000029 awarded to Adventureone, LLC. The task order expires June 12, 2027.
