This announcement is for information and planning purposes. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Mississippi Air National Guard, 186th Air Refueling Wing (186th ARW) has a requirement entitled: 186 Fire Department Furniture Purchase. The 186th ARW intends to solicit quotes in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. This will be 100% set aside for a Small Business competition that is intended to result in award of one(1) firm-fixed price contract. This Notice is published for the proposed action in accordance with RFO FAR 5.101(a).  No CDs or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Interested vendors are responsible for checking https://SAM.gov for any updates to this Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for any vendor’s inability to access any documents posted on the above-mentioned website. To conduct business with the Department of War, a Contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All offerors must be actively registered at SAM prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at https://SAM.gov.
