Full Description

The USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific in Oakland, CA, proposes to contract for the Dock Side repair of the USCGC JARVIS (WHEC 725). The requirement is 100% set aside for small business. Performance will be accomplished at the Cutters homeport at the Integrated Support Command Honolulu, Hawaii. The Cutter will be available for performance from 07 FEBRUARY 2006 through 31 MARCH 2006. The work may include, but is not limited to Production Control, Gantt Bar Chart Provide; Voids (Accessible) Clean and Inspect; Breakers (Degaussing) Inspect and Test; Inspect and Test Circuit Breakers, 60 Hz; Vent Ducting Inspect and Renew; Vent Ducts (Engine and Motor Rooms) Commercial Cleaning; Firemain Valve (>=2.5 Inches) Inspection and Overhaul; Magazine Sprinkler Valves (>= 2.5 Inches) Overhaul; Potable Water Pneumatic Tank Relief Valves Renew; Potable Water Pneumatic Tanks, Clean, Inspect and Hydro; Steam Isolation Valve Overhaul (2-1/2 Inches and Greater); Steam Safety and Relief Valves Overhaul Test and Set; Compressed Air Receivers (All) Clean, Inspect and Hydro; Warping Capstan (Gen) Level 2 Inspect and Repair; Cresent Davit (Gen) Level 2 Inspect and Repair; Single Point Davit (Gen) Level 2 Inspect and Test; Temporary Services, Home Pier.
