The solicitation is expected to be released within 15 days of the announcement date, with the exact proposal submission deadline provided in that release. Although the government intends to negotiate directly with one source under FAR 6.302, responses from other interested parties expressing capability or interest will be reviewed and could influence the decision to compete the procurement. Questions can be directed to Mr. Matt Dreby via his provided email. The notice clarifies that this announcement is not a competitive request for proposals but a notification of intent and potential sole source award, with all responses considered solely to assess whether a competitive procurement is warranted.
