Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for two tailshafts, sleeves, propulsion blades and hub for the Dredge McFARLAND..
