Operations must adhere to industry-standard fulfillment practices with strict data security safeguards for consumer information, including screening for fictitious or offensive names. The contractor must accept up to nine pallets at a time, store the required inventory volume, correct USPS non-compliance errors at no cost to the county, and maintain operational continuity during staffing or supply disruptions. Professional Liability insurance with a $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate limit, plus Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability coverage, is mandatory and must be submitted prior to beginning work.
