2026 DNAP Annual Newsletter

The State of Ohio, specifically the Division of Natural Areas and Preserves, is soliciting bids for the production and distribution of 19,000 copies of the 2026 DNAP Annual Newsletter. The newsletter specifications require a 16-page self-cover format, 8.5 by 11 inches, printed in four-color process on 70# gloss paper. The selected supplier must handle mailing and postage using the ODNR permit and is required to provide press sheet inspections. All newsletters must be mailed no later than January 20, 2027, with any remaining copies shrink-wrapped in bundles of 100 and shipped to Heidi Hetzel-Evans by the same date. The award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract is governed by standard State of Ohio terms, requiring the contractor to be registered with the Ohio Secretary of State and to comply with U.S. trade control laws and boycott warranties. Deliverables must be provided F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed, with the contractor bearing freight costs. Payment will be made via electronic funds transfer, state payment card, or warrant, typically within 30 calendar days of receiving a proper invoice. Additionally, the contractor must maintain a reasonable information security program aligned with NIST standards, adhere to accessibility requirements such as WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and maintain appropriate commercial insurance with a minimum A:VII rating from A.M. Best.
