The 2026 Munitions Executive Summit (MES), hosted by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), is scheduled for March 17-18, 2026. The purpose of this special notice is to post the Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition (SMCA) APBI Guidebook. This guidebook contains information on the CPE A&E enterprise and its subordinate project management offices, as well as other organizations in the Ammunition Enterprise.



Appendix A of this document details Business Opportunities for the current Fiscal Year (FY26). Appendix B lists the Science and Technology Focus Areas for the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center.
