NOTICE INVITING BIDS - The City of Chico will receive sealed bids at 965 Fir Street, Chico, CA ATTN: Public Works O&M, until 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)on July 31, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read. Once the results have been determined by staff, bid results will be posted and may be obtained on the Public Purchase website under Bid # “2026 TOYOTA SIENNA.” GENERAL DESCRIPTION - The City is soliciting bids for one (1) 2026 Toyota Sienna, white exterior, cloth interior. Questions and requests for information must be submitted through the Public Purchase bid site. Responses to questions and requests for information will be posted on the bid site. Questions and Requests for Information must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening. Estimated time of delivery, price and meeting vehicle specifications will all be included in the final assessment of “lowest responsible bidder”. The evaluation criteria will be weighted as follows: Estimated Time of Delivery 50% Price 40% Meeting Vehicle Specifications 10% BID AWARD PROVISIONS; REJECTION - An award of bid, if a bid is awarded, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with the City’s requirements within thirty (30) days of the bid opening date.
