PW WIB FORM 1. WORK LOCATION BASE: Port Hueneme BUILDING NO.: 1100 ROOM NO.: Dive Tank PARENT WORK ORDER NUMBER: N/A 2. COMMAND NAME (THAT IS USED IN MAXIMO): 3. PROJECT TITLE: RENOVATE DIVE TANK at PH1100 4. IMPACT: Increase mission efficiency for the dive tank at NAVFAC EXWC 5. DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, management, supervision, and minor incidental engineering necessary to perform the following: A. Dive Tank: • Drain Dive Tank • Clean Dive Tank and Prepare to be painted • Prep & Paint Dive Tank • Inspect View Ports and Fix If Needed • Remove Deteriorated Rubber Step Caps and Repair • Remove Unused Broken Pipe Section Inside Tank • Refill tank with Sea Water B. Wood Deck & Staircase: • Sand Approx. 1,000 square feet of all exposed dive tank wood decking, railing, and access stairway to remove existing loose paint. • Repair Rotted Support Beams • Provide Three-Coat Paint System Including Staircase • Provide Anti Slip on all Stair Treads • Remove and replace complete handrail system to meet the proper safety requirements. C. Plumbing: • Purchase and Install New Filter Pump/Motor • Replace all Pump/Motor Piping • Purchase and install all new Control Valves • Purchase and install new Sand Filters, Back Flush Valves and all related Piping. • Replace all Main shut-off Ball Valves D. Electrical: • Disconnect all Pumps/Motors to be Replaced • Reconnect all Pumps/Motors Once Replaced • Repair nonworking 110v Power Outlets on Deck • Test and replace as needed, all Motor control wiring, Conduit, Breakers, Switches, Relays, and Timers 6.
