The Clovis Unified School District, one of the largest K-12 public school systems in California serving over 44,000 students across a 198-square-mile area including Clovis, Fresno, and surrounding communities, has recently completed two significant energy projects. These projects include construction efforts at the Terry Bradley Educational Center, valued at approximately $6.57 million, and Hirayama Elementary School, valued at approximately $2.28 million. The District is actively seeking to recover all eligible reimbursements and incentive funds associated with these energy initiatives. To facilitate this, the District has issued a solicitation titled "3086- IRA Tax Credit Recovery Services," with a response deadline of July 21, 2026. This solicitation, managed by the California Purchasing Department within the Clovis Unified School District, aims to identify qualified service providers who can assist in maximizing tax credit recoveries under the Inflation Reduction Act linked to the recently completed projects.
