315 Bates St - Replace Furnace, A/C, and Water Heater

The City of Jackson Community Development Department is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the replacement of a furnace, air conditioning unit, and water heater at 315 Bates St. The project requires the installation of a 95 percent efficient forced air gas fired furnace with an AGA label, a high efficiency water heater, and associated components including a new thermostat and ductwork. While the contractor provides all labor and materials, electrical work will be performed by others. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest proposal, though the owner reserves the right to select a non-lowest bidder if the owner pays the difference.
