AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation of offers is to provide to the Privy Council Office (PCO), physical security and protective services for electoral candidates and high-profile individuals related to the General Election, during the writ period (up to 51 days) and for a period of up to one (1) week following the electoral period, if threats persist. As the date of the General election is unknown the period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2026, inclusive but the services will be rendered only during the writ period (up to 51 days) and for a period of up to one (1) week following the electoral period, if threats persist.
