Instructor Bay FurnitureThe 346th Training Squadron at Port Hueneme, California, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for the delivery, assembly, and installation of new office furniture and acoustic panels in Building 1423, Room 110. The work includes the removal and disposal of existing furniture, with the government responsible for clearing workspaces prior to contractor arrival. All new furniture must conform to strict aesthetic specifications: traditional styling in sterling ash finish, polished chrome hardware, gray mix interlude fabric for tack boards, black trim, and gray grommets. Electrical components must be installed in panel furniture to interface with existing power in Room 110. The contract encompasses a full suite of items including 50 fabric acoustic panels, 50 high-back task chairs, 20 low-back visitor chairs, desk lamps, bookcases, file cabinets, a whiteboard, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 337214, with awards made on a lowest priced, technically acceptable basis; technical compliance is a pass/fail threshold and price is the deciding factor among acceptable offers. All proposals must be submitted through the SAM.gov portal by July 28, 2026, and contractors must be capable of electronic invoicing via WAWF using approved document types. Performance is F.O.B. origin, meaning risk transfers to the government upon delivery to the carrier. The installation site is subject to Air Force installation access protocols, requiring compliance with AFOSH standards, prohibition of Class I ozone-depleting substances, and adherence to cybersecurity requirements including safeguarding covered defense information and reporting cyber incidents. Contractors must also affirm compliance with federal prohibitions on procurement from Xinjiang and the use of certain telecommunications equipment. No contract value has been disclosed as funds are not currently available, and pricing will be determined through offeror submissions. The contracting officer is Belinda Tindal, with Antonio Villarreal as the primary point of contact. Acceptance of deliverables occurs at the installation site by designated government personnel, and all items must conform precisely to the salient characteristics and statement of work provided. No COR or COTR has been formally designated, and oversight rests entirely with the government. An ombudsman, Juan Martinez, is available to address contractor concerns confidentially, though without authority to alter contractual obligations.

149 IS Bldg. 4750 FurnitureThis solicitation, numbered W50S6U26QA018 and issued as a Request for Quote under FAR Part 12, seeks a comprehensive furniture supply, spatial layout validation, delivery, staging, and certified installation services for Building 4570 at Mather, California, 95655. The effort is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside with a NAICS code of 337214 and a size standard of 1,100 employees, though quotes from Federal Prison Industries are accepted under alternate provisions. The acquisition is structured as a best-value tradeoff, not a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), with awards based on a balanced evaluation of technical capability, delivery timeline, relevant recent experience, and price—each weighted approximately equally. The solution must align with government-provided layouts, which may contain inaccuracies, and requires full compliance with detailed specifications including steel construction with baked enamel finishes, 22-gauge lateral files, 1-1/4” high-pressure laminate surfaces with PVC edge banding, Grade 3 upholstery, UL-listed electrical components, and non-metallic gray paint finishes. All work must be performed in a single-phase installation with no on-site storage, and final payment is contingent upon zero unresolved punch list items following a joint post-installation walkthrough. The site visit for potential offerors has been amended to July 29, 2026, with pre-authorization required by July 22, 2026, and REAL ID verification mandatory for base access. Questions must be submitted by July 28, 2026, and quotes are due by August 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM PDT via email with a specified subject line. Quotes must remain valid through September 30, 2026, and must include complete itemized pricing for labor and materials, along with UEI and CAGE codes. Delivery must occur FOB destination, with the contractor bearing all transportation costs and meeting a baseline timeline of 90 days after receipt of order, though faster delivery may be advantageous. The installation location is Beale AFB, CA 95903-1517, and acceptance is confirmed only after successful inspection and closure of all punch list items. All invoicing must be submitted electronically through Wide Area WorkFlow (

359TRS METAL BOND COURSE PANELThe solicitation FA302026Q0073 is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items issued by the 82d Contracting Squadron at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, to acquire 35 Metal Bonded Course Training Panels for delivery to 359 TRS Det 1 at NAS Pensacola, Florida. The requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS code 331315, with a size standard of 1,400 employees, and will be awarded as a single Firm Fixed Price contract. All responses must adhere to the "Combo RFQ" format and be submitted via email to the designated contracting officer and point of contact by the updated deadline of 2:00 PM Central Time on 31 July 2026, with all questions due by 10:00 AM Central Time on 29 July 2026. Technical specifications are detailed in Attachment 1, and all proposals must include a completed price quotation and a separate technical submission, with PDF being the strongly preferred and likely required file format. The contract will be evaluated based on technical capability, price, delivery terms, and past performance, with no numerical weights assigned; the award will likely follow a trade-off approach rather than LPTA. Delivery is FOB NAS Pensacola, and all invoicing must be submitted electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system using the appropriate document types. The Government will conduct acceptance at the delivery location, and compliance with multiple FAR and DFARS clauses is required, including restrictions on hexavalent chromium, Buy American provisions, prohibitions on procurement from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and the Maduro regime, and cybersecurity measures. Offerors must hold a current Unique Entity ID and CAGE code, and affirmatively represent their small business status and socioeconomic designations; failure to comply with these representations may disqualify a proposal. Additionally, the contract includes options under FAR 52.217-8 and 52.217-9, with all pricing for options required to be submitted and evaluated as part of the base quote, and the Government reserves the right not to exercise any options. No packaging, preservation, or marking standards are explicitly defined beyond referencing DoDAAC, NSN, and WAWF identifiers, and no key personnel or organizational conflict of interest clauses are specified.
